Account & Data Deletion

Important Notice

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, including saved routes, preferences, and usage history, will be permanently removed from our servers.

⚠️ This action cannot be reversed. Please make sure you want to permanently delete your account before proceeding.

What Gets Deleted

  • Your account profile and login credentials
  • All saved routes and favorites
  • Usage statistics and analytics data
  • Device information and app preferences
  • Any cached location data (already deleted from our servers)

What We Keep (Anonymized)

For legal and regulatory compliance, we may retain some anonymized data that cannot be linked back to you:

  • Aggregated usage statistics (no personal identifiers)
  • Legal compliance records (anonymized)
  • Transaction records (if applicable, anonymized)

How to Request Deletion

Option 1: In-App Deletion

  1. Open the Untracked app on your device
  2. Go to Settings → Account
  3. Select "Delete Account"
  4. Follow the confirmation steps

Option 2: Contact Support

If you cannot access the app, please contact our support team:

  • Email: delete@untracked.com
  • Subject: "Account Deletion Request"
  • Include your account email/username in the request

We will process your deletion request within 30 days and send confirmation once completed.

Alternative Options

If you're not ready to delete your account permanently, consider these alternatives:

  • Temporary Deactivation: Pause your account instead of deleting it
  • Data Export: Download your data before deletion
  • App Uninstallation: Simply remove the app without deleting your account
