All information provided by Untracked Maps, including but not limited to camera location data, route recommendations, traffic information, and all other content, is provided solely for informational purposes. This information is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, timely, or reliable. Do not rely on this Service for critical decisions about your safety, navigation, or compliance with laws. All information should be verified with official sources.
Acknowledgment: By using this Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these entire Terms of Service. These Terms are a legally binding agreement between you and Untracked Maps. If you do not accept these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
Untracked Maps is an educational and informational navigation application designed to educate users about traffic camera locations and provide route optimization services. The App provides awareness and educational information about traffic enforcement infrastructure to help users make informed routing decisions for lawful purposes.
Information Accuracy Disclaimer: Camera location data changes frequently and may not reflect current installations. Untracked Maps makes no guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of camera location information. The information provided by Untracked Maps is not intended to replace road signs, traffic signals, lane markings, official traffic control devices, or law enforcement instructions. You must always follow official road signage and law enforcement instructions regardless of information provided by the Service.
Updates and Changes to Database: Untracked Maps' camera database is continuously updated as new information becomes available. Cameras are added, removed, relocated, or modified without notice. Previous versions of the App may contain outdated information. You should keep the App updated to the latest version to have the most current database available. Untracked Maps makes no guarantee that you will receive notification of database changes, updates, or corrections. Reliance on cached, offline, or previously downloaded data is at your own risk.
Data Retention: For detailed information about data retention, please see our Privacy Policy. In summary: all server-side data including route planning requests, server logs, and error/crash data are automatically deleted within 24 hours. You have full control over device-side data, which never leaves your device and can be deleted at any time.
GPS Accuracy Disclaimer: GPS location positioning is subject to signal loss, atmospheric interference, multipath errors, satellite geometry, urban canyoning, and other environmental factors beyond Untracked Maps' control. Actual GPS positioning accuracy may range from 5 to 50+ meters depending on conditions, and GPS accuracy may be significantly degraded or unavailable indoors, in tunnels, under dense foliage, in urban areas with tall buildings, or during poor atmospheric conditions. Untracked Maps makes no guarantee of GPS positioning accuracy and is not responsible for inaccuracies in your device's location detection. You must not rely on GPS positioning from Untracked Maps for any purpose where accuracy is critical.
This Service is provided for educational and informational purposes. You may not use Untracked Maps for any illegal, immoral, or unauthorized purpose. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:

This service provides educational information about publicly observable and publicly recorded surveillance infrastructure. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the App complies with all applicable laws and that they use the educational information provided for lawful purposes only.
YOU ASSUME FULL, EXCLUSIVE, AND SOLE RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR USE OF AND RELIANCE ON UNTRACKED. YOUR USE IS MADE ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
By accessing this educational and informational service, you acknowledge that you are using the App to receive educational information about traffic camera locations and surveillance infrastructure, and you accept full responsibility for how you apply this educational information in your own driving decisions.
ALWAYS DRIVE VIGILANTLY ACCORDING TO ROAD CONDITIONS AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH TRAFFIC LAWS.
IT IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN TO INTERACT WITH THE APP WHILE DRIVING. You may only interact with Untracked Maps, send updates, or change settings after you have stopped your vehicle in an appropriate location permitted by law.
Use at Appropriate Times: Untracked Maps is designed to be reviewed and used only when you are not operating a vehicle. You should pre-program your destination before beginning to drive. If you need to change your route while driving, you must pull over in a safe and legal location before interacting with the App. Never use Untracked Maps while:
YOU MUST NOT ATTEMPT TO VIEW OR INTERACT WITH THE APP WHILE OPERATING A VEHICLE. Doing so constitutes distracted driving and creates serious safety hazards for yourself and others.
Liability Disclaimer for Distracted Driving: Untracked Maps shall not be liable for any damages, injuries, accidents, deaths, traffic violations, fines, or other harm resulting from user interaction with the app while operating a vehicle. Use of the app while driving is strictly prohibited and constitutes distracted driving at the sole risk and responsibility of the user. Users who violate this prohibition assume all liability for consequences.
Untracked Maps allows users to submit and post information and content, including camera location reports and route feedback ("Submissions" or "Content"), which are treated as educational contributions to a crowdsourced educational database about surveillance infrastructure. You assume sole responsibility for your Submissions and for the consequences of posting them. All user submissions are understood to be educational reports and observations shared for informational purposes.
Data Sources: Camera location information in our educational database originates from multiple sources: public sources, third-party educational databases, official public records, and educational reports from other users. Such information is intrinsically variable and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated as an educational resource. Camera locations change frequently, and the educational database may not reflect current installations.
Inherent Errors in Community-Based Services: Errors, omissions, inaccuracies, and gaps in data are inherent to and inevitable in any community-based, crowdsourced, and user-contributed service. These errors and omissions cannot be entirely eliminated and should be expected by users. You acknowledge that no community-based service can guarantee accuracy and that errors are a fundamental characteristic of services that depend on user reports, third-party data, and distributed information sources. You accept and acknowledge these inherent limitations.
User-Submitted Information May Be False or Malicious: User-generated camera reports are NOT verified by Untracked Maps before being added to the database. Users may submit false, misleading, inaccurate, or maliciously false information deliberately intended to mislead other users. Some users may submit false information as a prank, to deceive others, to cause confusion, to test the system, or for other malicious purposes. Untracked Maps cannot and does not verify the accuracy of user-submitted reports. You must not rely on user-submitted camera location data as being accurate, truthful, or reliable. Any information marked as coming from users should be treated as potentially unreliable and unverified.
User Conduct Disclaimer & Moderation: Untracked Maps has no control over the conduct of any user and disclaims all liability in this regard. While Untracked Maps may employ various verification, validation, and quality control mechanisms to review, filter, or remove unverified or false reports, these mechanisms are not infallible and may not catch all inaccurate information. Users who submit false, misleading, or malicious information may have their accounts restricted, limited, flagged, or terminated at Untracked Maps' sole discretion. Users may report inaccurate or false alerts to help maintain database integrity. Untracked Maps makes no guarantee that reports will be verified, reviewed, removed, or corrected in any specific timeframe.
No Endorsement of Third-Party Data: We do not endorse, verify, or warrant the accuracy of data from third-party sources. All data is provided for informational purposes only.
By submitting Content, you grant Untracked Maps a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such Content.

Educational Speech and First Amendment Protection: Providing educational information about the location of surveillance equipment is a matter of public interest and constitutes protected educational speech and informational content under the First Amendment of the United States Constitution. Camera location data in this educational service is compiled from public sources, user reports, and third-party databases. This Service functions as an educational resource to inform the public about surveillance infrastructure. Camera locations change frequently, and the educational database may not reflect current installations.
This Service is intended exclusively for educational and informational purposes to help users learn about surveillance infrastructure in the United States. You must not use this Service to facilitate illegal conduct. Educational information about publicly observable surveillance infrastructure may be used for lawful decision-making, but any use in violation of applicable laws is prohibited.
No Government Affiliation: Untracked Maps is an independent, private company and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, approved by, or connected to any federal, state, or local government agency, law enforcement body, or governmental entity. Untracked Maps is not an official government service. The information provided by Untracked Maps is not generated, compiled, or verified by any government entity. Users should not assume that Untracked Maps has any official status or that its information represents official government data or positions.
Untracked Maps is designed, developed, and operated for use exclusively in the United States. The App, all information and features contained therein, and all services provided are intended exclusively for users physically located within the United States. Camera location data and traffic information apply exclusively to United States jurisdictions.
Restrictions on Use by International Users: If you are located outside the United States, you are not authorized to use this Service. International users should not rely on Untracked Maps for navigation or camera detection in non-US jurisdictions as the database does not contain information for locations outside the United States. The applicable laws, regulations, and legal frameworks regarding ALPR systems, surveillance, and privacy protections vary significantly by country and jurisdiction. Untracked Maps makes no representation that its service, information, or features are legal, appropriate, or compliant with the laws of any jurisdiction outside the United States.
By using Untracked Maps, you represent and warrant that you are located in the United States and that your use complies with all applicable US federal, state, and local laws.

Camera location data is provided for informational purposes only. Untracked Maps makes no representation regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this information.
Accuracy Degradation Over Time: Camera location data degrades in accuracy over time. New cameras are installed, existing cameras are removed or relocated, and database information may become outdated. The longer the time period between data collection and the date you use the App, the greater the likelihood that camera location information is inaccurate. You should not rely on cached or previously downloaded data as being current or accurate.
Service Not Suitable For: Untracked Maps is not suitable for: making critical safety decisions; relying upon for legal compliance; substituting for professional advice; time-sensitive navigation in unfamiliar areas; operation during adverse weather conditions; high-speed driving or highway navigation; emergency response situations; school zones or areas with heavy pedestrian traffic; vehicle operation where full attention is required; or any use where information accuracy is essential for personal safety or legal compliance.
Offline and Cached Data Warning: If you have downloaded offline maps, cached camera data, or downloaded content for offline use, such offline data becomes increasingly unreliable and inaccurate with age. Offline data may be days, weeks, or months out of date. New cameras may have been installed, existing cameras removed or relocated, or database information corrected since your offline data was downloaded. We strongly recommend using online mode with real-time updates whenever possible rather than relying on offline or cached data. Offline mode is intended only as a backup when internet connectivity is unavailable, not as a primary source of camera location information.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNTRACKED AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.
This limitation of liability applies to damages arising from:
Liability Cap: In no event shall Untracked Maps' total aggregate liability to you for all claims, damages, and causes of action arising from these Terms, your use of the Service, or any other matter exceed the total amount you have paid to Untracked Maps for use of the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Since Untracked Maps is provided free of charge, your recovery under any theory is limited to zero dollars ($0).
Untracked Maps has no control over user conduct and disclaims all liability in this regard.
Specific Disclaimer: Untracked Maps is not liable for any damages arising from camera location data that is inaccurate, incomplete, or does not reflect current camera installations. Users must always verify road conditions, obey traffic signals and signs, and follow law enforcement instructions regardless of information provided by the Service.
The information provided by Untracked Maps is informational only and is not intended to replace, countermand, or supersede the decisions, judgments, and instructions of law enforcement officers or other traffic authorities. If a law enforcement officer directs you to proceed or to stop, you must comply with the officer's instructions regardless of information provided by the Service.
Official Traffic Control Devices: Untracked Maps camera detection information is not a substitute for lawful traffic enforcement, public safety decisions, or official traffic control devices. Official traffic control devices—including but not limited to traffic signals, stop signs, yield signs, lane markings, traffic control lights, speed limit signs, and any other device erected by government authority—supersede all information provided by Untracked Maps. You must always obey official traffic control devices and law enforcement instructions regardless of what the Service displays.
Conflicting Information: If Untracked Maps provides information that conflicts with official traffic control devices, road signs, traffic signals, lane markings, or law enforcement instructions, you must follow the official traffic control devices and law enforcement instructions. Do not follow Untracked Maps information if it conflicts with lawful authority.
Untracked Maps retains the right to block your access to the App and discontinue your use at any time and for any reason we deem appropriate, at our sole and absolute discretion. This includes, but is not limited to:
Enforcement may be immediate, temporary, or permanent, depending on the frequency and severity of the violation. Untracked Maps may suspend or terminate access without notice and without prior warning if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such action is necessary.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Untracked Maps and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from all claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from or in connection with:
Indemnification Limitations: Notwithstanding the foregoing, you shall not be required to indemnify Untracked Maps for claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising solely from Untracked Maps' gross negligence, willful misconduct, or violation of applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Untracked Maps' Ownership: All intellectual property rights in and to Untracked Maps, including but not limited to the App, website, database, routing algorithms, camera detection technology, user interface, software code, and related services are the exclusive property of Untracked Maps and its licensors. This includes all copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents, and other proprietary rights.
Limited License: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Untracked Maps grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use only.
Restrictions: You may not, and may not permit any third party to: copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the App; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App; scrape, mine, or extract data using automated means; remove or alter proprietary notices; use the App for any commercial purpose without written permission; distribute or sublicense the App; or access the App to build a competing product.
User Content License: By submitting Content, you grant Untracked Maps an irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute such Content in any media formats for commercial purposes.
The App may contain links to third-party websites, services, or content that are not owned or controlled by Untracked Maps, including mapping services, payment processors, analytics providers, and third-party camera databases.
No Endorsement: Untracked Maps does not endorse or warrant third-party products or services. Untracked Maps is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services, nor for any damages caused by your use of such services.
Data Sources: Camera location data is aggregated from multiple third-party sources. We do not control the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party data and disclaim all liability related to third-party data sources.
Untracked Maps reserves the right at any time to: modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part thereof; change features, functionality, or content; update or release new versions; impose limits on certain features; or restrict access to parts or all of the App. Such modifications may be made without prior notice and at our sole discretion. We shall not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the App.
No Guarantee of Availability: We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times or that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or technical difficulties.
No Guarantee of Real-Time Updates: Untracked Maps makes no guarantee that camera location information will be updated in real-time or that updates will be transmitted to your device immediately. Delays in data transmission, database updates, or network connectivity may result in outdated information on your device. Do not rely on real-time accuracy of camera location data. Information may be delayed by hours, days, or longer.
You may not assign, transfer, or delegate these Terms or your rights and obligations hereunder without our prior written consent. Any attempted assignment in violation of this provision shall be null and void.
Untracked Maps may assign, transfer, or delegate these Terms and our rights and obligations without restriction, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of substantially all of our assets. These Terms shall be binding upon the parties and their successors and permitted assigns.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies or agreements referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Untracked Maps regarding the App and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral.
No amendment or modification of these Terms shall be effective unless in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Untracked Maps. No waiver of any provision shall be effective unless in writing signed by an authorized representative.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. The unenforceable provision shall be replaced with an enforceable provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
The following sections shall survive any termination or expiration of these Terms: Intellectual Property Rights, User Content License, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law and Dispute Resolution, and Severability. All other provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall also survive.
No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision. Our failure to assert any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Untracked Maps to be effective.
Governing Law: These Terms and your use of the App shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Jurisdiction and Venue: You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
Statute of Limitations: You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the App or these Terms must be filed within ONE (1) YEAR after such claim or cause of action arose, or be forever barred.
Arbitration: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof shall be determined by binding arbitration in Miami-Dade County, Florida, before one arbitrator. The arbitration shall be administered by JAMS pursuant to its Comprehensive Arbitration Rules and Procedures. The arbitrator shall have authority to award any relief that would be available in court under applicable law, and the arbitrator's award shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Class Action Waiver: YOU AND UNTRACKED AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. Unless both you and Untracked Maps agree, no arbitrator or judge may consolidate more than one person's claims or otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.
Waiver of Jury Trial: YOU AND UNTRACKED WAIVE ANY CONSTITUTIONAL AND STATUTORY RIGHTS TO SUE IN COURT AND HAVE A TRIAL IN FRONT OF A JUDGE OR A JURY.
Untracked Maps shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, internet or telecommunications failures, power outages, cyberattacks, or failures of third-party service providers. In the event of force majeure, our obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the event, and we shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of time for performance.

Beta Features are provided on an "as-is" basis and may be subject to change, modification, or discontinuation without notice. Beta Features may not function as expected and should not be relied upon for critical navigation decisions.
Untracked Maps is not liable for any damages, errors, or failures associated with Beta Features. By using any Beta Feature, you acknowledge its experimental nature and assume all risk of its use.
